This role leads the preparation and filing of SEC reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with various departments to provide expertise on technical accounting matters.

Prepare and manage SEC filings, including 10‑K, 10‑Q, and 8‑K
Maintain compliance with SEC and GAAP requirements
Research and document technical accounting issues
Support SOX compliance, internal controls, and external audits
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on disclosures and accounting impacts
Drive reporting process improvements and support special projects

Qualification

CPAU.S. GAAPSEC regulationsAccounting experienceCommunication skillsAttention to detailProject management

Required

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
3+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting and/or SEC reporting
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and project management skills
