Preferred

Proficiency in Project and Portfolio Management methodologies and tools
Experience in change management and risk management
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical terms into business language
Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on emotional intelligence and situational leadership
