Responsibilities
Perform hands-on development within the ServiceNow platform, including client scripts, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, data policies, workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub spokes, script includes, catalog items, portal widgets, UI pages, events, and alert rules
Enforce platform engineering and development standards
Demonstrate strong understanding of Shopping Hub and Source to Pay common architecture modules
Manage out-of-the-box functionality and perform necessary enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance
Develop and customize ServiceNow scripting modules such as Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Business Rules to manage forms and fields
Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, or other APIs
Develop Scripted REST APIs, REST Messages, and Data Export sets
Demonstrate understanding of MID Servers
Create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and Workspaces in ServiceNow
Configure and manage Notifications and Scheduled Jobs
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides
Qualification
Required
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
ServiceNow Certified System Developer (CSD) required
Perform hands-on development within the ServiceNow platform, including client scripts, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, data policies, workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub spokes, script includes, catalog items, portal widgets, UI pages, events, and alert rules
