Shady Grove Fertility is one of the premier fertility centers in the United States, seeking experienced and compassionate team players to deliver exceptional patient care. The Part-Time Executive Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support, coordinate meetings, and assist leadership with special projects while maintaining professionalism in all tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and presentation development
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments; prepare agendas and meeting materials as needed
Maintain accurate records, databases, and notes for meetings, projects, and events
Assist with data entry, reports, and basic spreadsheet creation and maintenance
Support leadership with special projects and deadline-driven tasks
Arrange travel accommodations and maintain expense reports/accounts
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Required

Associate degree required
Previous administrative or office support experience required

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
