Responsibilities

Perform project-level financial tracking, monitoring actual costs versus approved budgets and forecasts
Analyze financial variances, identifying risks, trends, and potential cost overruns
Track and manage purchase orders (POs) related to projects, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and contractual commitments
Maintain accurate financial records for projects, including commitments, accruals, and spend
Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities related to project reporting
Prepare and deliver financial dashboards and reports for PMO, Finance, and project stakeholders
Collaborate with Project Managers to validate forecasts and ensure financial discipline throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, governance standards, and audit requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
3–6 years of experience in project financial management, PMO, or financial controlling roles
Strong experience in budget tracking, actuals vs budget analysis, and financial reporting
Hands-on experience tracking purchase orders, invoices, and project-related financial commitments
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Strong Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools
Solid understanding of CAPEX / OPEX and project cost structures
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, and Project teams
Good communication skills to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders
