Responsibilities
Provide daily operational leadership to support organizational objectives and long-term strategic goals
Act as a hands-on execution partner to senior leadership, driving initiatives from concept through completion
Reinforce and uphold company policies, performance standards, and culture across the studio
Develop, implement, and refine data-driven operational systems, processes, and strategies to improve efficiency and enable scalable growth
Manage core operational platforms, including resource planning, project management, accounting, and billing systems
Monitor and balance team workloads to ensure optimal utilization, productivity, and timely project delivery
Identify and implement process improvements that support sustainable growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
6+ years of hands-on operations and project management experience
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing firm environment
Preferred
MBA
Prior experience in architecture, design, or related professional services industry
