Responsibilities

Build scalable data pipelines using modern cloud technologies

Write clean, test-driven C# and Python code for data transformations

Collaborate closely with engineers and product partners in daily standups, refinements, and design sessions

Contribute to product-focused solutions, not just ETL tasks

Ensure disciplined Git/GitHub workflows (GitFlow), code reviews, and CI/CD best practices

Communicate clearly and directly with technical and non-technical teams

Help evolve our data architecture, quality practices, and engineering standards

Required

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

Strong hands-on skills in Python and/or C#

Solid experience building data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and SQL solutions

Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/XP) and working inside a product engineering team

Experience with TDD, automated testing, and high-quality code delivery

Excellent communication and the ability to move quickly with cross-functional teams

Strong Git/GitHub habits (branches, PRs, reviews, GitFlow)

A mindset of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
