Responsibilities
Work with the business team to understand the business requirements for the application enhancements
Conduct a comprehensive analysis and prepare the Design Document to implement the business requirements
Complete the coding, unit testing and Integration testing to ensure the functionalities aligned with the design
Co-ordinate with the offshore team for the requirement clarifications and smooth handover
Reviewing the offshore deliveries and ensure the defect free code
Complete and deliver the project on time with zero defects
Qualification
Required
6 to 8 years of overall IT experience
6 to 8 years of experience in Mainframe that includes COBOL, JCL, CICS programming
6 to 8 years of experience in DB2 database
