Regional Sales Associate
Assurity is a Certified B Corporation dedicated to helping people through difficult times. They are seeking a Regional Sales Associate to assist regional sales teams in increasing premium and sales while managing assigned territories and building relationships with distributors.

Responsibilities
Assist regional sales teams increase premium and sales in assigned territory that is consistent with product and strategic goals, which includes:
Prospecting, recruiting, developing, and strengthening relationships with distributors; and
Making weekly appointments with current or potential sources of distribution
Effectively assists in the management of the assigned territories, which includes:
Working collaboratively with regional sales managers, regional wholesalers, and distributors to develop territory to meet sales goals; and
Utilizing Hub Spot CRM and measurables for basic territory management and contact management reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field or relevant experience
Life and Health License; CLU, LUTCF
Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function to this position
