Email Marketing Specialist
The Keller Group is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support and optimize email marketing campaigns. The role involves executing email campaigns, managing segmentation and personalization, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with various marketing functions.
Responsibilities
Own the setup, QA, overall build, deploy, and manage templates, subject lines, send logic, scheduling, and A/B tests for email campaigns including newsletters, announcements, and targeted communications within HubSpot
Support the execution of automated email workflows (onboarding, nurture campaigns, and re-engagement programs)
Assist with maintaining email content calendars and campaign schedules
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all email sends through testing and QA
Execute segmentation and list management within marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
Support personalization efforts using data-driven rules and strategic audience insights
Maintain clean data documentation and assist with ongoing list health and deliverability best practices
Partner with internal and external marketing operations and CRM teams to support accurate audience targeting and traffic
Track and report on email performance metrics (opens, clicks, engagement trends, conversion rates, etc.)
Ensure campaigns align with platform and regulatory requirements
Support A/B testing efforts in subject lines, email copy and overall content, format, and send times
Find strategic opportunities for optimization and efficiency across various campaigns
Assist in building and maintaining existing and creating fresh HubSpot dashboards and performance reports
Maintain awareness of email and messaging best practices, compliance standards, and communication regulations such as CAN-SPAM
Work closely and cross-functionally with content, design, and marketing partners to ensure email messaging aligns with brand and campaign goals
Support cross-channel initiatives by ensuring email execution is aligned with broader marketing efforts
Contribute to process enhancements and documentation related to email marketing workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3-5 years of hands-on email marketing experience
HubSpot experience (certifications a bonus!)
Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS skills with a strong understanding of responsive email design
Strong attention to detail and comfortability working within structured processes
Advanced understanding of segmentation, testing, and performance metrics
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, content calendars, and deadlines simultaneously
Clear communication style with an eagerness to grow in a collaborative environment
