Receive, stage, and organize parts and products
Comply with all applicable health and safety codes
Present yourself professionally as a representative of Eaton
Assist in maintaining records and worksheets as requested
Review timecards and service orders daily
Assist the Branch Manager with daily administrative tasks as needed
Answer phones and provide top level customer service
Accurately and clearly communicate with other team members
Practice all safety policies and procedures as established by Eaton Sales & Service
Be flexible to change from ever changing service demands

Able to read parts breakdowns

Hear (naturally or with correction) in areas where the hearing of backup alarms or other sounds may be required
Meet the physical requirements necessary to perform assigned duties safely and effectively in inclement weather conditions
Preferred
Previous experience in the Automotive Equipment industry
Previous experience working with a Service based company
