Responsibilities
Support day-to-day facilities operations
Assist with project management activities
Help oversee onsite café services to enhance workplace experience, operational efficiency, and vendor performance
Monitor work orders and conduct site walks
Prepare weekly project update communications
Ensure compliance with governance standards for café operations
Develop a vendor onboarding guide to streamline onboarding efficiency
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated graduate program graduating Dec 2027 to June 2028
Ability to partner across the organization
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PPT) and CRM preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint, or similar) preferred
