Sr Program Coordinator - Energy Programs
OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to lead and manage its Energy Education Programs. This role involves overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of several industry-facing programs while maintaining strong relationships with industry partners.

Responsibilities
Responsible for daily program operations, including staff supervision, program evaluations, and the development of long-range operational plans to ensure program sustainability and growth
Establish and implement program growth initiatives, including identifying new opportunities, expanding participant engagement, and strengthening industry relevance
Develop and execute marketing strategies, including website content, email campaigns, social media engagement, and other promotional initiatives to increase program visibility and enrollment
Plan and coordinate program events and conferences; negotiate and administer contracts; and manage all logistical aspects of in-person programs, including occasional overnight travel
Oversee project management efforts, cultivate and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, advisory boards, and partners, and secure sponsorships and funding to support program growth and accessibility
Oversee administrative activities for assigned programs, including participant support and advising, and collaborate with industry advisory boards and organizations to identify emerging trends and develop innovative program offerings
Collect and analyze program data, monitor program effectiveness, and prepare regular performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement
Develop and administer budgets for assigned programs and projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and business practices; ensure compliance with university policies and applicable program regulations
Perform related duties as assigned or required to successfully fulfill the functions of the position
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
48 months of related experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to speak, read, and write clear, concise English
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data and documentation
Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and communicate expectations effectively
Experience evaluating programs or projects and producing comprehensive reports
Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with students, faculty, staff, and external partners
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
General office skills, including multi-line phones, copying, filing, and records management
Ability to read, interpret, and apply policy within established deadlines
Basic math skills
Strong composition and proofreading skills
Preferred
Experience in fundraising, grant writing, or sponsorship development
Knowledge of university systems such as Qualtrics, PeopleSoft, Concur, and content management systems (CMS)
Experience with marketing and communication platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Constant Contact, and Canva
Experience supporting professional education, conferences, or industry-focused training programs
