Review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including master services agreements, statements of work, software license agreements, data protection agreements, business associate agreements, non-disclosure agreements, review of external client policies and procedures, and subcontractor agreements

Qualification

Required

Law degree with excellent academic credentials and a member in good standing of at least one state bar

Minimum 5 years + years of experience in law firm practice or in-house practice with an emphasis on technology matters involving information technology agreements

Must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada without sponsorship

Preferred

Current or prior experience with consulting firms focusing on enterprise software and/or global systems integrators highly preferred
