Responsibilities
Stay current with emerging cognitive technologies, AI/ML trends, and best practices
Execute the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability and security
Design and implement robust testing strategies to validate functionality and performance
Work with business and application teams to ensure AI systems integrate effectively with enterprise systems
Support live environments and participate in on-call rotations for issue resolution
Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Provide accurate task estimates, communicate updates promptly, and adapt to evolving priorities
Other duties and projects, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, with strong academic achievement
Hands-on expertise with AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI and Natural Language Processing, as well as familiarity with multimodal techniques for voice, vision, and text processing
Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras
Familiarity with modern development practices using Azure DevOps and Agile methodology
Basic experience in UI/UX design and knowledge of programming languages such as C#/.NET and modern web technologies
Understanding of SQL and ETL processes for data integration and transformation
