Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential customers in geographic markets where the company currently operates
Conduct outreach to local and regional businesses to introduce the company, its services, and its capabilities
Respond to and qualify inbound leads from the website
Evaluate opportunities for alignment with company capabilities and services
Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers through consistent follow-up and engagement
Manage and track all leads, activities, and pipeline progress in a CRM or other automated lead management system
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align outreach efforts with campaigns, messaging, and brand standards
Coordinate with Operations leadership to understand service offerings and capacity
Monitor/summarize competitor activity, service capabilities, and market trends
Create and maintain lead generation playbooks, templates, and documented best practices to support ongoing outreach efforts
Schedule and participate in introductory meetings with prospective clients to present Romark’s services and capabilities
Represent the company at local networking events, industry events, or community forums as needed
Provide regular reporting on lead activity, outreach efforts, and pipeline status
Support additional lead generation and marketing initiatives as needed

Required

2 to 5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a related B2B role
Experience working with CRM systems and managing lead pipelines
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable initiating outreach and representing the company with prospective customers
Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities independently

Preferred

Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or related industries
