Responsibilities

Manages the retrieval, filing, and maintenance activities of medical records
Maintains supplies, forms, and other inventory
Works with vendors to place orders and resolve discrepancies
Receives, distributes and sends mail and faxes
Makes or coordinates deliveries and pick-ups
Receives, appropriately responds, and documents patient inquiries
Generates communication to patients and others
May perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Zero (0) to two (2) years experience in a relevant role
