Responsibilities

Follow up on inbound marketing-generated leads to uncover customer challenges, qualify opportunities and set up Qualified Meetings with Account teams
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on routine campaigns to leverage relevant content to follow up on marketing inbound leads
Implement prescribed prospecting techniques to generate interest in prospective customers
Develop a basic understanding of Red Hat's technology and product portfolio
Utilize all systems and tools (Salesforce, Outreach, 6Sense, etc.) to maintain accurate records of activities related to outreach on leads and contacts
Follow established processes and adhere to published SLAs for all tasks

Preferred

Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, management, information systems, marketing, communications, or related field of study work experience or academic projects in sales, marketing, or information systems

Willingness to travel as needed
Positive attitude
Demonstrated success in previous roles
