Manage daily office and administrative operations
Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general office support
Answer phones, manage emails, and communicate with clients and vendors

Required

Proficient in QuickBooks with strong overall computer skills
Proven reliability and stable work history
High level of trustworthiness and discretion
Pleasant, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Comfortable working in an open office environment
Able to consistently work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Preferred

Experience with a construction or building company is a plus
