Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable cloud solutions
Work with contract vendors, guiding their technical approach and ensuring best practices
Audit vendor work to maintain high standards of performance and security

Required

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Knowledge of wide range of software development principles, configuration management, platform architecture concepts, and methods as well as techniques, processes, developing, delivering, managing, and maintaining the information system(s)
Knowledge of how to integrate program goals and objectives across organizational structures involved in overall policy and planning, sequence, and timing of key operational events; milestones; execution of operations and evaluations; the planning, programming and budgeting support process: and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of planning actions related to actual events to provide guidance and/or conduct studies
Knowledge of sustainment principles, methods, and practices including developing monitoring plans and metric schedules, estimating possible limit constraints, defining support milestones and deliverables, monitoring activities, and evaluating and reporting on accomplishments or resolutions
Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks, such as Tricentis, ApexMocks, Salesforce DX, and Salesforce Automation Tools (e.g., Salesforce Test Automation Framework). Solid understanding of software testing principles, techniques, and best practices, including test automation, test-driven development (TDD), and behavior-driven development (BDD)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional team(s)
Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures
Ability to plan, organize, and lead team(s) as required within the organization

Preferred

Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Certified Associate, Administrator, or Platform App Builder
Cyberspace Qualification is a condition of employment. This position includes Cyberspace work as a paramount duty requirement. Per Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 8140.03, para 4.2.a.(2)., requires foundational qualification requirements within 9 months of assignment to a cyberspace work role and resident qualification requirements within 12 months of assignment to a cyberspace work role. A waiver of these requirements may be granted per DoDM 8140.03. Failure to achieve and maintain the proper Cyberspace Qualification may result in removal from this position
