Performing full business needs analysis, gathering business requirements and preparing business proposal documentation

Engaging in procurement-related tasks with communication to external stakeholders

Developing comprehensive project plans including timelines, costs, resource requirements, and risk assessments

Working directly with project teams and managing projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

Providing effective change management by assessing impact of project changes, communicating changes to stakeholders and managing expectations

Leading project teams through effective communication including email, phone and facilitating virtual/in-person meetings

Monitoring project progress, tracking key milestones and providing regular updates to the Corporate Project Program Manager

Conducting post-project evaluations and identifying lessons learned for improvement and enhancing future project outcomes
