Responsibilities
Greets all visitors and patients, providing general information and directing them to the proper office or person
Handles phone inquiries regarding patients and services
Sorts, processes and distributes all incoming and out-going mail, including sending faxes as appropriate
May handle the sale of flowers and plants and is responsible for maintaining financial records of sales
Ability to access current patient information including room and visiting status
Coordinates the delivery of flowers and patients' mail
May assist leader with training, scheduling and coordination of associates
Performs all other duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma equivalency - 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals; patients, vendors, physicians, staff members and the general public
Math skills necessary to make change from flower sales
Ability to access current patient information including room and visiting status
Handles phone inquiries regarding patients and services
