Responsibilities

Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and developers to gather and refine requirements
Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
Review and interpret API documentation to validate integrations and data flows
Understand front-end UI/UX needs to guide conversations between business and dev teams
Ensure delivery aligns with customer needs and regulatory/financial requirements
Requirements gathering
Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure requirements are properly broken down into user stories

Required

2-4 years of experience working with Business stakeholders and Developers
Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science or Information Technology, Business Admin
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to collaborate well with others to accomplish Executive level projects
Be adaptable to changing requirements and priorities
Ability to effectively communicate with high level leaders
Ability to navigate ambiguity and find clarity
Ability to be professional in all scenarios

Basic front end technical knowledge (HTML, CSS)
Basic integration technical knowledge (API, ETL)
