Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of network engineers supporting enterprise and data center environments
Own day-to-day network operations, including incident response, problem management, and change delivery
Act as the technical escalation point for complex network and connectivity issues
Drive standards, best practices, and consistency across routing, switching, firewall, and load balancing platforms
Partner with security, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to support business initiatives
Ensure network solutions meet regulatory, security, and availability requirements
Support network modernization, resilience, and automation initiatives
Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Contribute to roadmap planning and continuous improvement efforts

Required

8+ years of enterprise networking experience
Proven experience leading or acting as a senior/lead engineer within a network team
Strong knowledge of routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, TCP/IP)
Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls and network security concepts
Experience supporting highly regulated or mission-critical environments
Strong troubleshooting skills across complex, multi-site networks
Ability to lead remote teams and work effectively across time zones
Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders
