Responsibilities

Conduct deep dive investigations to derive business problems and define use cases in an ambiguous environment
Use data to make high judgement decisions and take direct actions to stop bad actors on worldwide stores as early as possible
Share risk insights with partner teams to constantly improve detection mechanisms
Manage risk mitigation projects designed to improve operational and process efficiency
Identify gaps and risks in current mechanisms and policies and recommend solutions to product/policy owning teams
Effectively prioritize opportunities and communicate with stakeholders/dependency teams to influence roadmaps

Qualification

Required

4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with SQL and Excel

Preferred

3+ years of program or project management experience
Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills
Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management
Experience collaborating with global and local stakeholders
