Interiors Operations Technology Lead

Responsibilities

Coordinate Operations Technology roadmaps and priorities for Interiors business
Represent needs of Interiors factories on all Operations Technology initiatives
Drive awareness, adoption, and best practice sharing for Interiors business
Accurately and effectively communicate and present to Management and Executive Leadership
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance, best practice and code within the organization and enable citizen development across the Interiors business
Travel up to 25% both domestically and internationally when circumstances permit

Required

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years' experience
Experience leading manufacturing-related projects and change initiatives
Hands-on manufacturing experience, including regular on-site engagement on the factory floor to support, implement, or optimize operational technology, automation, or digital manufacturing solutions

Preferred

Experience with Connected Factory, manufacturing data management/governance, advanced manufacturing technologies, or factory analytics (AI/ML)
Experience coordinating across corporate, business unit, and site teams
Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
Experience influencing and coordinating with Senior leadership on priorities, timelines, and milestones
