TEMPEST Engineer

Responsibilities
Ensure that TEMPEST testing requirements are defined by the customer's Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority (CTTA)
Evaluate engineering change proposal (ECP) packages to ensure the proposed changes do not impact the TEMPEST integrity of the device, or if necessary, additional TEMPEST testing is performed to recertify the device
Attend technical meetings with crypto device users/customers CSCM's and vendor partners
Provide TEMPEST lab testing of certified cryptographic devices to ensure it meets the current National TEMPEST standard
Perform TEMPEST Field testing of cryptographic equipment to discover vulnerabilities in secure systems
Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support when a cryptographic device has a TEMPEST vulnerability
Qualification
Required
Certified TEMPEST Professional Level II (CTP-II)
3+ years of experience with TEMPEST testing, and/or TEMPEST manufacturing
TS/SCI with FS required
An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position
Preferred
Military or IC experience in a relevant technical or RF field is preferred
