Administrative Assistant

Nationallutheraninc is dedicated to exceptional care and seeks an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at The Legacy at North Augusta. The role involves providing clerical support, maintaining records, and ensuring excellent customer service for residents and team members.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support to leadership and department teams
Handle phone calls, correspondence, and front-desk inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Maintain organized records, documentation, and filing systems (both digital and physical)
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and assist with event logistics
Prepare reports, letters, and other communications as needed
Support onboarding, training, and internal communications within the community
Assist with supply inventory, ordering, and other operational tasks
Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate strong attention to detail in all administrative processes

Microsoft OfficeCustomer serviceClerical supportOrganizational skillsAttention to detail

Required

High school graduate or equivalent education is required
Minimum of one-year experience in similar position is required
Ability to follow written and oral instructions; Demonstrated typing, basic math and filing skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions
Ability to communicate at all levels, provide instruction and train other employees as required
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
