Responsibilities

Develop underwriting skills by preparing business and personal financial spreads

Develop risk analysis skills by preparing risk grading documents

Develop research and analysis skills by reviewing third-party reports to identify credit risk relevant to loan requests

Develop loan presentation skills by assisting with the preparation of loan request presentations

Develop underwriting and risk analysis skills by preparing spreads and risk grading documents for commercial loan renewals and modifications, as assigned

Perform loan covenant testing calculations, as assigned

Assist with the preparation of service requests, as assigned

Assist with the preparation of commercial loan renewal/modification presentations

Assist with the preparation of commercial loan Annual Review presentations

Maintain the financial statement tickler system to ensure accurate system reports to be used by Portfolio Managers

Maintain covenant tickler system to ensure accurate system reports to be used by Portfolio Managers

Maintain annual review tickler system to ensure accurate system reports to be used by Portfolio Managers

Maintain accurate and organized financial statement imaging system
