Responsibilities
Design and build scalable automated test frameworks and tooling across multiple product lines
Architect AI-powered solutions for intelligent test generation and predictive failure analysis
Own and optimize AWS infrastructure supporting distributed test automation systems
Lead front-end development for test monitoring and analytics platforms
Drive CI/CD pipeline architecture improvements for performance and scalability
Partner with engineering and QA organizations to define automation strategy and roadmaps
Research and implement AI technologies to advance testing capabilities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence
Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
Knowledge of Python and/or C++ programming
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Experience with AI/ML technologies
Experience in investigating, designing, prototyping, and delivering new and innovative system solutions
