Responsibilities
Map out inbound and outbound shipments, book carriers, and keep inventory in sync inside our ERP/WMS
Watch stock levels like a hawk, trigger replenishment orders, and help design smarter reorder rules
Own the paperwork—from BOLs to freight bills—so freight moves fast and invoices match reality
Collaborate with suppliers, drivers, buyers, warehouse pros, and finance to solve hiccups before they touch the customer
Drop into the warehouse during busy stretches—scan, pick, count, and learn the flow first-hand
Build slick Excel dashboards, slice KPIs, and flag process tweaks that cut cost or shave days off lead-time
Rotate through cross-training so you can back up teammates and explore future roles like Analyst, Planner, or Ops Supervisor
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or similar (internships/part-time experience count)
Excel chops plus a knack for digging into data
Eye for detail, calm under timeline pressure, natural team communicator
Valid driver's license (you may hop on a forklift—training on us)
Preferred
ERP/WMS or CRM exposure
Freight lingo
SQL or Power BI curiosity
