Financial statement preparation – consolidated and division (US GAAP / IFRS)
Financial audit report preparation
Budgeting and forecasting
Manage Corporate Tax compliance / reporting
Manage cash flow projections, banking relations and treasury operations
Oversee fixed assets / capital expenditures
Controls and compliance
Staff supervision
Lead the consolidation of multi-entity financial statements, navigating the complexities of foreign currency translations and intercompany eliminations across international borders
Direct a high-volume tax function, managing multi-state nexus and income tax filings for both US and Canadian entities
Act as a key advisor on corporate cash flow projections, managing banking relationships and treasury operations to ensure operational agility
Drive the modernization of the finance function, playing a lead role in ERP enhancements and the integration of potential new acquisitions
Build and refine the internal control framework, ensuring the organization is 'audit-ready' while maintaining rigorous policy documentation for fixed assets and CAPEX
Provide mentorship and high-level review for the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and professional development
