The QA Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that all manufactured products meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations by conducting inspections, performing tests, and analyzing data.

Responsibilities
Perform routine and non-routine inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify conformance to quality standards
Conduct various tests using precision measurement tools and equipment to assess product attributes such as dimensions, functionality, and durability
Document inspection results and test data accurately, maintaining detailed records for quality control and audit purposes
Identify, report, and track non-conformances or defects, working with production and engineering teams to facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions
Participate in continuous improvement projects by providing quality data insights and recommending process enhancements to reduce defects and improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in quality assurance or manufacturing preferred
Basic understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing processes
Experience using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Preferred
Associate degree or certification in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001
Familiarity with computerized quality inspection software and data entry systems
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in the 32 - Manufacturing industry sector
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
