Program Supervisor: SAFE Family Recovery- 6720
Community Health Resources is dedicated to providing comprehensive support services and promoting wellness. They are seeking a Program Supervisor for the SAFE Family Recovery program, responsible for overseeing team operations, ensuring quality client services, and facilitating recovery support initiatives.

Responsibilities
Provides case consultation, direction and leadership within the team
Ensures clients receive services that are focused on presenting problems and clients’ request for treatment
Directs crisis intervention efforts and intervenes as required
Monitors client meetings, admission, continued stay and discharge criteria
Reviews caseloads regularly to ensure appropriate utilization of services
Oversees hiring, training, and performance management of staff within the program
Facilitates team meetings
Participates in internal and external meetings as needed by program and agency
Ensures client, program and agency documentation is completed in a timely manner and according to program, agency, funder and accreditation/licensing standards
Acts as primary point person for program and provides back up coverage as needed by program and agency
Ensures proper maintenance of vehicles/if applicable
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, education (PSS program only), psychology or related field
Consideration will be given for those with a bachelor's degree in similar fields with five years of appropriate experience in some programs
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience providing direct services in a mental health related field
If in a field that requires licensure, must have a provisional level license (LMSW, LMFT-A, LPC-A)
