Responsibilities
Needs to be someone with strong litigation skills and prefer some federal court experience
The cases are extremely complex
Attorney must be experienced in preparing and attending trial
Work product needs to be file ready. Someone whose work does not need to be completely revised
Attorney can be in a second level position on files and draft motions, attend hearings, take depositions, draft pleadings
Prefer attorney who can brief complex legal issues
Appellate experience would be a plus since some cases will go up
Attorney can take a file from cradle to grave and handle every aspect of the case if necessary
Attorney will second-chair the cases at trial
Attorney must be an organized person who can get these cases ready to go despite a massive amount of documentation, and many complex legal issues
Qualification
Required
8 plus years of litigation experience
