Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SCADA implementation including planning, design, configuration, integration, and data migration
Own technical delivery for Gas Control Room and SCADA platforms (AspenTech / OSI Monarch or similar)
Design and implement high-availability architectures with redundancy and failover
Partner with control system integrators, OT teams, and utility SMEs
Communicate technical progress and risks clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Identify implementation risks and drive mitigation strategies
Mentor technical team members and ensure effective knowledge transfer
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on SCADA / I&C system implementation experience
Experience with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and CompactLogix PLCs
Strong background with Rockwell FactoryTalk and HMI systems
Experience working with OT environments, including virtual servers and networks
Exposure to AspenTech / OSI Monarch platforms (gas experience preferred)
Experience with design-build projects and SDLC or hybrid waterfall delivery models
Preferred
Gas or energy utility industry experience
Knowledge of industrial protocols such as OPC, Modbus, and DNP3
Understanding of SCADA cybersecurity practices
Scripting or automation experience (Python, PowerShell)
