Responsibilities
Prior management experience in a precast facility running a crew of at least 50 to over 100 employees
Experience with prestress concrete components, such as precast walls and panels, beams, columns and hollow core
Ability to direct and coordinate the workforce to meet company goals and objectives
Plan, schedule and direct on-going production requirements, including assigning personnel, material, and equipment to provide efficient operations, meet quality standards, delivery schedules and budget requirements
Administers company rules, regulations and policies
Comply and manage OSHA and other governmental and company safety requirements
Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus to staff
Qualification
