Recruit top talent for different industries
Find candidates for direct clients, utilizing all tools (Job Boards, Linkedin, Networking, etc..)
Build relationship with candidates from initial contact, screen, interview, prep, debrief, and offer stages
Develop a pipeline of candidates that fall in line with our needs
Qualification
Required
Three or more years of talent acquisition / recruiting for Information Technology, Cybersecurity or Telecom
Find candidates for direct clients, utilizing all tools
Review resumes for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge relation to the position
Track candidates through all phases of the recruitment process
Be independent and seek out answers and solve problems for open job orders
Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service
Demonstrate strong commitment to a team environment
Demonstrate well-developed written and verbal communication skills
