Responsibilities

Craft unique solutions that span multiple Cox Automotive solution sets
Coordinate across product and operational groups to develop integrated solutions
Define value creation for client and Cox Automotive via business case development
Ensure product utilization and longevity through readiness and adoption strategies
Define scope and align to key client outcomes / objectives
Daily program management throughout the program lifecycle
Coordinate program workstreams and manage dependencies
Define and stand up program governance (controls)
Define and track key performance indicators for benefit realization
Managing 'business continuity' during any change
Potentially prepare affected business areas for transition to the new way of working and help implement new business processes (dependent on contracted work)
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and maintain strategic alignment across Cox Automotive
Identify opportunities to deliver greater value to our clients, leveraging cross-Cox solutions to drive greater revenue potential for Cox Automotive

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 10 years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 8 years experience; a Ph.D. and 5 years experience in a related field; or 14 years experience in a related field
Proven experience leading and managing a team of direct reports
Familiarity with AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Ability to work within diverse delivery frameworks (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.) to achieve successful outcomes
Experience navigating and collaborating within a matrixed organizational structure
Strong professionalism and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
