Responsibilities

Facility Supply Chain and Logistics planning

Analyse the material flow and ensure the smooth and rapid movement of material, from stage to-stage process. Ability to validate flow and capability to simulate the circulation of people and its interaction with material to facilitate the safe movement path

Plan, prioritize, design, and execute process planning for core process of manufacturing such as assembly, fabrication, paint, machining, packaging, storage

Plan for Every part (PFEP), Material presentation, Replenishment strategy, JIT

Inventory reduction and Optimization

Warehouse forecasting and Optimization background

Control cycles, storage location, Auto replenishment setup in SAP

Various reporting through SAP - BobJ, Material shortage, SAP ME

Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and support RIW and/or Project Team as required
