Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of 15+ software engineers
Drive career development, performance reviews, and growth opportunities
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
Manage and run the Entry-Level Hiring Program to onboard and grow early-career engineers
Oversee design and development of APIs and distributed systems
Ensure best practices in software engineering, code quality, and system reliability
Guide technical decisions and architecture for scalable SaaS operations
Partner with Product Management to deliver on the product roadmap
Ensure timely and high-quality releases aligned with business objectives
Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Management and Customer Support
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools
Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability
Qualification
Required
5+ years as a Technical Lead or Engineering Manager
Proven experience managing large engineering teams (15+ engineers)
Strong background in SaaS operations, distributed systems, and API development
Hands-on experience with modern software development practices and cloud technologies
Networking and Internet Protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.)
DNS and Global Traffic Steering for high availability and performance
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions
Track record of delivering complex product roadmaps on time and within scope
Preferred
Experience with microservices architecture
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of security and compliance in SaaS environments
