Responsibilities
Preventing loss and controlling shrink by monitoring various areas of the store for fraud, compliance discrepancies, and other related activities
Identify potential concerns through use of video surveillance and other systems
Apprehend in accordance with company policy, local and state laws with safety as the prevailing priority
Ensure the store is a safe and secure environment for customers, associates, and business partners
Qualification
Required
You are 18 years of age or older
You have experience in loss prevention, asset protection or other relative experiences
You take pride in the work you do, whether big or small
You put the safety and welfare of yourself and others as a priority
Working in varying environments doesn't faze you – whether in store or the outside perimeter
You approach challenges in a positive, kind manner
