Responsibilities

Partnering with regional underwriters and/or more senior UW Support employees in the end-to-end processing of new and renewal business

Evaluating new and renewal submissions against prescribed criteria to determine completeness

Identifying and resolving account alerts and blocks during the submission process to avoid account conflicts

Performing data analytics, remodeling, when necessary, referral documentation preparation and completion, as well as form checklist and working approval

Assist with training and oversight of less experienced support staff
