Responsibilities
Lead mechanical design projects from bidding through construction
Manage multiple projects, including budgets, schedules, and resources
Act as a key client contact while ensuring high-quality, coordinated designs
Mentor engineers and Revit/CADD designers, driving constructible MEP solutions
Provide quality control and value-engineering throughout the design process
Qualification
Required
10+ years of mechanical design experience in commercial or design-build environments
Strong constructability knowledge and understanding of installation methods
Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
Solid knowledge of IPC, IMC, IBC, and ASHRAE codes
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, values-driven leadership style
Preferred
Experience with VRV, WSHP, DX Split systems, packaged equipment, and/or Revit/CADD a plus
