Responsibilities
Drive the execution of the delivery plan for your respective program
Conceptualize, rationalize, and drive multiple simultaneous projects to deliver engineering work across the portfolio in our scrum execution model
Contribute to the strategies, design choices, and cloud infrastructure necessary to build comprehensive execution plans for high-profile new features and capabilities
Report meaningful status along the way
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program majoring in Computer Science or a related field with a graduation date of Spring 2026
Ideally studying engineering management, information systems, finance, analytics, business, or a related field
Prior internship experience as a Technical Program Manager
Demonstrated ability to operate with independence, autonomy, solid ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset
Proven track record of data driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams
Can communicate with impact, build relationships, and partner/influence dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization
Strong interest in technology, especially through a data-driven lens
Experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering work in agile delivery models (Jira, scrum, Kanban, etc.)
