Strategically support the senior executive team working towards an ambitious growth strategy
Be deeply involved at a strategic and tactical level with full responsibility for the finance and accounting functions
Close the books and oversee a heavy M&A integration process
Focus on upgrading reporting and visibility in all areas of the business with an emphasis on analytical and data-driven decision making
Qualification
Required
Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
Experience in finance leadership roles
Ability to support senior executive teams in strategic growth initiatives
Full responsibility for finance and accounting functions
Experience with closing the books
Oversight of M&A integration processes
