FSNB, National Association is a full-service bank that has been family owned and operated for over 75 years. They are currently seeking a full-time Help Desk Technician in their IT Department to provide support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment.

Providing a single point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment
Diagnosing, maintaining and monitoring end-user workstations to ensure optimal workstation performance
Troubleshoot problem areas in person, by phone or via e-mail in a timely and accurate manner
