Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience in software engineering / architecture
Strong Financial Services background (banking, payments, lending, insurance)
Proven experience delivering production-grade systems
Strong .NET expertise
Able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding
Confident communicator in distributed teams
Preferred
Integration experience (TIBCO highly desirable)
