Responsibilities

Play a key part in the development and execution of high-impact energy projects
Focus on low-carbon gas, hydrogen, and carbon capture technologies
Support the development lifecycle by coordinating permitting, managing project timelines, and conducting financial and market analysis to move projects from concept to construction

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally with coursework in engineering, business, finance, or environmental science
Strong interest in low-carbon gas portfolio (decarbonized gas, hydrogen, and carbon capture) rather than traditional solar or wind
Basic understanding of US power markets (ISOs) and the economics of power generation (NPV, IRR, etc.)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage project tasks, permitting timelines, and budgets
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build support within local communities and interface with internal stakeholders
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for financial and data analysis

Preferred

Prior experience in energy project development, permitting, or power market analysis preferred (3+ years ideal, but open to high-potential 'green' candidates)
