Owner Relations Specialist

PakEnergy is a growing fast-paced company that partners with over 1,900 oil & gas firms. They are seeking an Owner Relations Specialist to provide support for contracted clients' owners, requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a large workload effectively.

Responsibilities

Inquiry triage and resolution where support tickets or inquiries are categorized, prioritized, and assigned to the appropriate personnel or team for efficient handling and resolution, ensuring that urgent issues are addressed promptly, and resources are utilized effectively
Creating requests for both internal and external customers to assist owners with their needs, should next level assistance be needed
Creating physical files and/or digital files to maintain records accuracy

Qualification

Oil & Gas experienceCustomer service experienceMicrosoft Office SuiteTime managementProject leadershipTeam orientedCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

A 2- or 4-year college degree in business administration or related field
2 years working experience in an office/professional setting
An equivalent combination of experience and education
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage time and meet tight deadlines
Ability to prioritize a large workload
Ability to lead projects and develop solutions that meet business goals
Team Oriented, collaborative nature with excellent communication skills
Great written and oral communication skills – phone and email

Preferred

Experience in the Oil & Gas field
Prior owner relations or customer service experience
